Welcome to Class 8
Thank you for visiting our class page.
We have lots to be excited for this year in Class 8!
Our teacher is Mrs Sims and our teaching assistants are Miss Oliver and Miss McGee.
Our aim in Class 8 is to make sure that every child gets the support that they need and that everyone enjoys the different parts of the curriculum. We are going to celebrate, support, and take care of one another to make sure everyone in the class is happy.
In our class we love to learn new things! We like to impress our teachers by producing our best work, and by being independent learners. Our teachers will encourage us to be the best role models for our younger friends.
Now we are in Year 4, we have to try to think for ourselves and remember all of our own things, like our reading book, homework and PE kit. This term, our PE lessons are on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons.
We will be working hard to learn the multiplication tables up to 12×12, as at the end of this year, the children will be doing the statutory Multiplication Times Table Check, in June.
We are particularly looking forward to our Holy Communion in June – keep a look out for preparation information.
