Class 6 – Year 3 – St. Patrick's Catholic Primary School

Welcome to Class 6!

In Class 6, our teacher is Mrs McCluskey and our teaching assistant is Mrs Duffie.

We are looking forward to an exciting year ahead! We are going to be learning about a variety of amazing topics and are keen to show off what we know! We have created our own class rules and will continue to show the Fruits of the Spirit as we learn and play with our classmates.

As we are now in Key Stage 2, we are trying hard to become more independent learners. To do this, we will try our best in every lesson to follow the Golden Rules, and to remember all our belongings, including our school bags and PE kits (our PE days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays!)

We know it is a big transition from KS1 to KS2 and there are lots of new things for us to learn to do (such as Reading Plus, swimming lessons later in the year…) – if there are any questions, please feel free to approach us on the door! 🙂

We love to make our teachers proud and will share our achievements with our parents and carers through our weekly certificates, stickers, house points, webpage and Facebook/Instagram posts.

Our Class 6 newsletter contains more details on the interesting things we will be focusing on within lessons throughout the term – including dates for Stay & Pray and class masses!
