As we approach autumn and winter and the season of coughs and sneezes and with the added concern of COVID19, here are the procedures which we urge all parents and carers to follow:
We celebrated World Book Day- a day to delve into the world of books and characters. Younger classes were dressed in their favourite book characters while older children planned activities for the rest of the school based on class books and novels. A great day was had by all. Don’t forget to use for book day vouchers to look for a new book!
We welcomed ex pupil Ian Clinton back to school this morning. He and 3 friends are going to row across the Atlantic in May to raise awareness of plastic in our oceans. We will follow how he gets on. It was great to hear of how parts of industry try to look after the oceans and not just destroy it. Thank you for telling us so much about your adventure and why you are doing it!
We are delighted to be able to share the first ever edition of our trust magazine:Β The Postgate News. Read about the great things that have been happening in all of our schools and at Central Services this term. Happy reading and Merry Christmas!Β Β
