Welcome to Class 8.

Thank you for visiting our class page.

We are ready for an exciting year in Class 8, we are now in Year 4 and are responsible KS2 children. Our teacher this year is Mr Scott and our teaching assistants are Miss McGee, Mrs Bowler and Mrs Godwin. We are especially looking forward to being role models for our younger friends. Our maths and English topics are going to be fun and challenging, and we are aiming to try to produce our best work in each lesson.

Our aim in Class 8 is to make sure that every child gets the support that they need and that everyone enjoys the different parts of the curriculum. We have our own class rules and have decided that we are going to try our best this year to make sure everyone in the class is happy.

We are encouraged to complete more of our work independently. We have to try to think for ourselves and remember all of our own things, like our bag and PE kit. We will be especially practising and recalling the multiplication tables up to 12×12, as at the end of this year, the children will be doing the national statutory times tables test. This year PE is on a Tuesday and a Wednesday.

Please keep checking our page and newsletters for any further information.

God bless.

Mr Scott
